Waymarked collects your device's precise location data (GPS) to provide the core functionality of the App.
We do NOT store your location history on our servers, nor do we sell or share this data with third parties. Your location data is processed locally on your device for immediate navigation purposes.

tile.openstreetmap.org. Your IP address and User-Agent are sent to OSM servers to retrieve map tiles.nominatim.openstreetmap.org. Queries and your IP address are processed by Nominatim in accordance with their privacy policy.We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
